Built for teams who already sell Elastic

ClarityPipelineis the decision layer above Elastic Security alerts — not another SIEM, and not a competitor to your services business.

If you embed, resell, or operate Elastic for customers, the hardest part of the pitch is what happens after an alert fires. This attaches an evidence-backed triage decision to every alert while leaving Elastic — and your margin on it — exactly where it is.

No NDA, no gated demo, no signup — your SE can form an opinion in three minutes.

Your SE can walk a real alert decision end to end without a call, an NDA, or a signup. Four binary classes, four different verdicts, and the evidence behind each one.

Why it fits an Elastic practice

It deepens Elastic

Nothing here replaces an Elastic SKU

Elastic keeps alert ingress, detection rules, base suppression, and validation. ClarityPipeline adds the decision layer above it — application identity, class-aware trust, correlation, and evidence. Every workflow ends by sending the analyst back into Elastic, so the platform makes an Elastic deployment more valuable to keep, not easier to leave.

It differentiates the offer

A reason to win that is not price

Most Elastic-based offerings compete on managed detection and dashboards. This attaches a defensible triage decision to every alert — what lowers concern, what raises it, what evidence is missing, and what the analyst should do next — which is the part a buyer can actually feel in a bake-off.

It stays in its lane

Services stay yours

The consulting on this site is how direct customers get onboarded. In a partner motion the product is the deliverable and the services attach is yours to sell — implementation, tuning, and managed review included. That boundary is easier to agree in writing than to discover later.

Deployment & Data Handling

The questions your security review will ask

Answered up front, because partner conversations stall here. Every line below is verifiable in the product, not aspirational.

Runs where the data already is

Docker Compose, co-located with Elastic on the same host or on its own. It connects to Elastic with an API key over TLS, and TLS verification is on by default rather than something you remember to enable.

Read-only unless you say otherwise

The platform reads alerts and Elastic Defend, Sysmon, PowerShell and network data streams. Writing back to Elastic — setting workflow status or tags — is off by default and enforced in the execution path, not just documented.

No vendor cloud in the loop

No telemetry, no analytics, no licence phone-home, no hosted model API. Outbound traffic is your Elastic cluster, your local model, and optional threat-intel feed downloads you can switch off for disconnected networks.

The model is yours and optional

Inference runs on a local Ollama container that refuses cloud endpoints at config load and cannot call tools by contract. Turn it off entirely and the deterministic pipeline still produces the decision — the model phrases explanations, it does not reach verdicts.

One environment per deployment

This is a single-tenant deployment model today. A runtime can hold several environment profiles with their own connectors and learned baselines, but decisions and audit records are not row-isolated between customers, so plan a deployment per customer environment.

Integration surface for your stack

About a hundred REST endpoints behind OpenAPI, a documented canonical event ingest API with mapping packs for CrowdStrike, Splunk, Sentinel and generic webhooks, and detection-package export for handing tuning work back to engineering.

Partnership Shapes

Three ways this can work

Nothing is templated yet, which is the honest advantage of being early: the first few partners shape the commercial model rather than inherit it.

Embed / OEM

ClarityPipeline ships inside your Elastic-based offering under your delivery model. Best where you already own the customer environment and want the decision layer to feel native to your product.

Best fit: You already embed Elastic and control deployment

Resell

You sell ClarityPipeline alongside Elastic as a named line item, with margin, and keep the implementation and managed-service revenue on top of it.

Best fit: You run an Elastic practice with its own commercial motion

Co-delivery

We work a first joint account together — your Elastic deployment, your customer relationship, my time on the decision layer — so both sides learn the motion before anything is signed.

Best fit: You want evidence before committing a partner slot

Stage

Where this actually is

Partner conversations die on overstated maturity. Here is the honest split — the same discipline the product applies to alerts: claim what the evidence supports, name the gaps.

What is real today

  • Runs against live Elastic Security alerts and Elastic Defend data streams
  • 22 analytical engines produce the decision, not one score
  • 78 ATT&CK techniques mapped across all 14 Enterprise tactics
  • Console login with mandatory TOTP MFA; API auth fails closed
  • A self-serve console you can evaluate without a call

What is not built yet

  • No formal Elastic partnership or marketplace listing
  • One deployment per customer environment — not a shared multi-tenant instance
  • No SSO and no role-based access beyond admin versus analyst
  • Behavior contracts are in learning mode, not enforcing
  • WDAC and AppLocker would-block verdicts are not flowing
  • Sources beyond Elastic have an ingest API and mapping packs, not turnkey connectors

ClarityPipeline is built and run by one security engineer. For a partner that means direct access to the person who writes the code, roadmap influence while the roadmap is still soft, and terms that reflect being early — not a support queue.

Partner Enquiry

Start with a technical conversation

The useful first call is not commercial. Bring an Elastic deployment you already operate and an alert pattern that wastes your analysts’ time, and we will look at what the decision layer does with it.

No customer data is required. Sanitized examples and a description of your deployment model are enough to start.
