ClarityPipeline collects the information you submit through the walkthrough form so we can respond to your request. The first touch only requires a work email and a short description of the alert or workflow problem.

Optional fields such as name, company, phone number, security stack, and service interest are used only to understand the request and prepare a relevant follow-up.

The site records basic operational metadata for security and abuse prevention, including request timing, source page, user-agent family, referrer domain, signed form challenge state, and a salted IP hash where available.

Walkthrough requests are stored in the ClarityPipeline lead workflow and may trigger an email notification to the site operator. We do not sell submitted contact information.
